As of November 2, 2026, Earn2Trade has made important updates to the rules for the evaluation and funded stages of the Trader Career Path® and The Gauntlet Mini™.
The Progression Ladder has been retired and replaced with fixed contract limits enforced directly at the system level. This applies to both evaluation and funded trading accounts.
We have also updated our withdrawal policy: before each withdrawal request, funded traders must complete five profitable trading days on both LiveSim® and Live accounts.
The new rules apply to subscriptions purchased on or after November 2, 2026. Subscriptions purchased before that date remain under the rules that applied when they were purchased. This also applies to their rebills, resets, and any resulting funded trading accounts.
Here’s how the new rules work.
Progression Ladder Retirement
We listened to trader feedback and removed the Progression Ladder.
Instead, every account now has a fixed maximum contract limit enforced directly at the system level.
The platform automatically blocks any order that would exceed your contract limit, so you can no longer accidentally break this rule.
Your contract limit stays the same as your balance grows. Making more profit does not unlock more contracts unless you progress to a larger TCP account.
The New Contract Limits
For subscriptions purchased on or after November 2:
| Account Size* | Maximum Contracts | Maximum Micro Contracts |
| $25,000 (TCP) | 2 | 20 |
| $50,000 (TCP or GAU) | 4 | 40 |
| $100,000 (TCP or GAU) | 8 | 80 |
| $150,000 (TCP or GAU) | 12 | 120 |
| $200,000 (TCP or GAU) | 15 | 150 |
| $400,000 (TCP) | 20 | 200 |
These are maximums, not targets. Traders can always use fewer contracts.
10 micro contracts count as 1 standard contract. For example, a 4-contract limit allows up to 40 micros.
What’s Changing With Withdrawals
Before each withdrawal request, traders need to complete five profitable trading days.
This applies to both LiveSim® and Live accounts.
The five profitable days do not need to be consecutive. A losing or flat day in between doesn’t reset the count.
A trading day runs from 5:00 PM CT to the 3:50 PM CT close. Your profit for the day is your closing balance minus the previous day’s closing balance, after commissions and fees.
Profitable Day Benchmarks
Each of the five profitable days must meet the following minimum profit amount:
| Account Size* | Minimum Daily Profit |
| $25,000 (TCP25) | $100 |
| $50,000 (TCP50 or GAU50) | $150 |
| $100,000 (TCP100 or GAU100) | $200 |
| $150,000 (GAU150) | $250 |
| $200,000 (GAU200) | $350 |
The benchmark refers to the profit made during that trading day, even if the account balance is below its starting account size.
For example, if a $50,000* account starts the day at $49,000* and finishes at $49,150*, that still counts as a profitable day because the trader made $150 during the session.
Once five qualifying days have been completed, the trader can request a withdrawal. For the next withdrawal request, the five-day count starts over.
What Stays the Same
The updated withdrawal policy does not introduce a profit buffer or a consistency rule once funded.
Traders can still:
- request withdrawals starting from $100 net
- withdraw without maintaining a required profit buffer
- trade without a consistency rule once funded
The existing profit split and weekly withdrawal schedule also remain unchanged.
In Summary
For subscriptions purchased on or after November 2, 2026:
- Fixed contract limits replace the Progression Ladder in both the evaluation and funded stages.
- Five profitable trading days are required before each withdrawal request.
Subscriptions purchased before the rule update, along with any funded trading accounts resulting from them, remain under the rules that were in place when the subscription was purchased.
*Evaluation and LiveSim® account balances are virtual; Live accounts use real capital.
